This community welcomes animals based on the following criteria:
• No more than 2 cats or dogs are allowed per apartment.
• All animals must weigh under 100 lbs. each full grown.
• All pets must be over six months of age.
• We do not allow aggressive breeds or exotic animals.
• A deposit, non-refundable animal fee and pet rent are required.
• Aquariums of 20 gallons or less are allowed on the first floor only if the resident provides proof of insurance for the entire lease term.
